I am a psychotherapist, a somatic practitioner, and a Lineage Alchemist. My work sits at the place where psychology meets lineage, where the patterns holding you back are traced not just to this lifetime but to what was inherited, what was absorbed, what was silently passed down before you had any say in it.

Lineage Alchemy Session

This is a single, precise 1:1 session for the woman who is done circling. In 75-90 minutes we identify exactly where you are overriding your own knowing, trace that pattern to its source, whether that is this lifetime, inherited, or ancestral, and interrupt it where it actually lives. In the body, not the mind. You leave with one clear truth, one pattern named and shifted, and one decision you are ready to act on.

Three sessions to close the gap between what you know and how you live.
The Reclamation is a focused 1:1 container for the woman who already knows what she wants and is not acting on it. Across three sessions we work with what is most alive for you, the pattern you keep circling, the decision you already know the answer to, the behavior you understand completely and are still repeating. We locate what is running underneath through the lens of Human Design, lineage work, and the Lineage Alchemy process and we clear what is ready to be cleared.

The Sovereignty Sequence is a four-session group container for women ready to end the pattern of self-override and step into consistent embodied authority. This is not a course or a workshop series. It is a live experiential container where the work happens in real time, in your body, in the room.

Witness & Interrupt
Three and six month containers · 1:1 with Nadia
Some patterns need time, not because the work is slow but because the nervous system needs to build new ground beneath its feet before the old ground fully releases. The Witness & Interrupt containers are for the woman ready for the complete transformation arc, a sustained, responsive, precision-led journey from self-override to embodied authority. You lead. I hold. I name what I see with precision and without softening, seson by sessision, until the pattern has nowhere left to go.
*Includes Human Design woven into the arc of the work, optional past life regression when clinically and energetically appropriate, psychotherapy-informed sessions that meet you exactly where you are, and Telegram access Monday through Friday.
